About Bryan

Native Michigander and Central Michigan University Graduate

Bryan grew up in Michigan and learned the values from his family and neighbors that still guide him today. He earned his associate degree at Mid Michigan College before transferring to Central Michigan University and graduating with his Bachelor's. He chose to make Grand Rapids his home because of its rich history and strong potential.

Since then, he has invested in the city through his work and involvement as the past President of the Heritage Hill Association, the founder and former leader of the Professionals of Grand Rapids, the Greater Regional Alliance of Realtors, and an active committee member with the Commercial Alliance of Realtors.

Over the last 7 years Bryan has been a tenant, homeowner, landlord and property manager. This gives him a unique perspective in the issues we face in the housing realm. He understands both the affordability challenges residents face and the city processes that need improvement.
